Welcome to The Rooted Nutrition!

 

As a board-certified licensed dietitian nutritionist, I specialize in helping busy families and individuals enjoy healthy, fresh meals without the stress of planning and preparation. My approach is centered around supporting you in finding a balanced and compassionate way to nourish yourself. Managing your health through food can feel complicated, especially when you're dealing with specific conditions or dietary needs. My goal is to simplify eating well without sacrificing nourishment or joy. Through personalized meals that meet your lifestyle and nutritional needs, the focus is on making your life easier and more nourishing.

  We will begin with a one-hour nutrition consultation and home visit, where we’ll discuss your health goals, dietary preferences, and any food sensitivities. Additionally, we’ll assess your kitchen setup and identify any essential accessories that may be needed.

I will create a customized menu tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and health goals. Every meal will be thoughtfully designed to align with your lifestyle while ensuring both nutrition and flavor. I will also source high-quality ingredients, ensuring  everything is needed to prepare your weekly meals.

I will prepare your meals fresh in your kitchen and store them in your refrigerator or freezer. Each meal will come with simple reheating instructions, making it easy for you to enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals throughout the week.
